When can I start using my My Trip Online subscription?

As soon as you place your first check-in, the 3-day free trial starts automatically. You'll receive your boarding pass by email as soon as online check-in opens.

Will my subscription automatically renew?

Yes. After the 3-day free trial, we automatically charge 79 EUR every 3 months (Premium) or 49 EUR every month (Medium) to your registered payment method. You can cancel at any time before the renewal date.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Absolutely. You can cancel your My Trip Online subscription at any time via the unsubscribe page or by contacting our customer support team. Cancel during the trial and you won't be charged.

How do I use my Fast Track pass?

After booking, you'll receive a digital Fast Track pass by email. Simply show it at the airport security checkpoint to access the priority lane.
